rayquaza is the sky high pokemon...it is said to never touch the ground and always remain in the ozone layer...so idk if you wanna just say that it is a space pokemon or not.....however it is important to know that its name is a combination of ray and quasar...with quasar maening:an astronomical object with high energy output...so however u want to see it i guess...

I'd say no...as the ozone layer is not part of 'space'. Jirachi and Deoxys, however, are definitely space pokemon.
